   I agree with ‘no1home2day’ except for the language of choice. I would say take an open source alternative, such as PHP. PHP, just like Visual Basic .NET, is very easy to learn, but it is not Microsoft, which I personally think is important. I just do not like the idea of my copyrighted blood, sweat and tears to depend on a monopolistic giant.
